A basic run-down of the premise of this mod; Currently very barebones and unpolished.

Hey, all! Since I'm working on a new project called Carnivores: WESTBOUND, I was thinking of giving everyone some details on the basic premise of this mod project.

What is Carnivores: WESTBOUND?

Carnivores: Westbound is a total-conversion mod of Carnivores 2, featuring more western, Australian sector dinosaurs to hunt. Including Ozraptor, Timimus, Rapator, Australovenator, and many more!

What is the premise behind this mod?

Carnivores: Westbound is the most recent addition to the Carnish, FMM UV-32 timeline in terms of placement in time, where the majority of sectors opened by Dino Hunt Corp. are now defunct/abandoned, where the company then opens a newer sector towards more western, unexplored lands, with their botched attempts to make the areas more habitable. The mod is currently very barebones and unpolished but will contain various details hidden in the game itself, usually pertaining to the entire backstory, the aftermath of Dino Hunt Corp's prior decisions that led to this entire blunder, and vice versa.

Who is working on the mod?

The current workers on the mod consist of myself, nocdemental, Daubeny, White Hunter, LastFlareZ, and Nova. View the description for details.

How much progress has been made?

We currently have one textured dinosaur (Muttaburrasaurus), and two untextured dinos with finished models (Minmi, Ozraptor). We currently have one finished map but three others on their way, and some basic sounds/menu ambience.

Until then, happy hunting!
