The SEF First Responders Tactical Edition is a team of players from the Chinese SWAT 4 community who have carefully crafted it based on SEF First Responders and attempted to balance the advantages of other SWAT4 MODs. This MOD has made significant modifications to gameplay, balance, ROE, and the threat level of suspect AI, making it more competitive (classic mode) and entertaining (Terrorist Hunting mode) in gameplay.
FRTE1.37 STATUS
Hello everyone, we are currently working on the new version development of FRTE (v1.37). In new version, we will bring new equipment and game modes, some bugs had known in the previous versions will also be fixed.
SWAT4 community has been established almost 2 decades, we sincerely willing to serve our contribution and be one of the enthusiasts to this community. We hope could get more support and feedbacks from guys.

DISPATCH MODE
===========================================================
Currently, we have made modifications from 2 existing vanilla maps (DNA & Food Wall), they will be used for a new game mode we created for the FRTE 1.37- [Dispatch Mode]. This Mode it can be seen as another possibility that occurs based on the events described in the official mission. We also create a new briefing for the new maps.
Such as the Dispatch-DNA, Entry Team had their first foray (official storyline), which had successfully rescued the doctor and most of the hostages, the briefcase had been founded, while cleaning the first floor, some of the suspects took serval hostages and hide in the rooms, these suspects had statement that any approach will led to hostage execution, Entry team had report this situation to TOC and clean up the rest of the building area, after TOC's requirement, HRT Tactical Support are on the way. After that, EMT and trailers inbound and successfully transferred the injured and arrested suspects, the scene had been cleaned up and waiting for Negotiator and HRT.
In this game mode, players will play the role of the different branches of SWAT team (Hostage Rescue Team/ First responders) responsible for hostage taking situation/Active Shooters. Players must ensure that all suspects are subdued without being detected, otherwise the hostages will be executed in HR missions, which based on real hostage taking events. Any casualties of hostages will not be allowed.
Two snipers are added:
The dispatch mode includes various mission types (hostage rescue, active shooter, high-risk search, etc.), and we will launch more maps suitable for this mode in the future.

MORE AND BETTER IMPROVEMENTS

SWAT AI:
We have made adjustments to SWAT AI by modifying their sensing and pathfinding capabilities. Now, SWAT AI's formation is better when entering a room, and they are better at using melees or retreating to a safe distance for firing when in close contact with suspects. At the same time, SWAT AI will have a faster response and recognize the threat level of suspects (When contacting the high threat suspects, AI SWAT Officers will not be any hesitation but Take Fire to Eliminate them right away without a warning void. Only when the suspects with such threat levels are under control, SWAT AI take a Yell action. This also means that if players want to capture high threat suspects, they need to use tactical equipment to control them first.)
SUSPECT AI:
In versions 1.36 and earlier, the suspect's hearing was too sensitive, such as the Marines suspects in the Old Granite Hotel. The player's movements on the 6th floor would cause all suspects on the 7th floor to react, resulting in an awkward situation of acting like "Mongolian Horde". Therefore, we modified the suspect's auditory perception to narrow down their range of response to sound. The current suspect is no longer a "Downwind Ear" (Chinese slang, an Immortal from Chinese ancient mythology, who have ability to get sounds from any distance anywhere :D)
FUTURE PLANS:
Some plans may not be appeared or involved in the 1.37 update, recently our development team has joined a new technician, and our modeler has learned new skills. Therefore, in future versions, we planning to try modify the model animation, such as changing the magazine, lockpicking actions, etc., we are currently researching things related to PSK bones and PSA animations. Hello, great job with this. however i have some issueas when trying to run coop campaign my game crashes at random events like shooting suspect. Multiplayer coop works fine. Do you plan to add any new equipment in the future? It would be nice to see some classic pasgt helmet with googles, and googles up like the ones added by Rukrim for "SWAT: Back To Los Angeles".
Hey there buddy, based on what u said the game crash randomly is high probability because the Coop campaign system is not such stable so far, cause it may have error while the game reading the behavior groups in the coop campaign or quick mission makers map, so that we still recommend using "Host Game" for the multiplayer games. And good new is, the PASGT helmet is WIP, it gona back in 1.37, which is the next version. :p
Hey, uhh. Weapons on screenshots have different position, like in original SEF FR. ( look at schreenshot with MARK pistol) But in game weapon uses positions like in original SWAT, without mods. Maybe there is some way to fix it? Thanks.
