The SEF First Responders Tactical Edition is a team of players from the Chinese SWAT 4 community who have carefully crafted it based on SEF First Responders and attempted to balance the advantages of other SWAT4 MODs. This MOD has made significant modifications to gameplay, balance, ROE, and the threat level of suspect AI, making it more competitive (classic mode) and entertaining (Terrorist Hunting mode) in gameplay.

Balance:
- The Breaching shotgun (original slot 5), C2 (original slot 5), and Medic Pouch (original slot 6) have been adjusted to slot 4
- The weight of the head protection has been readjusted

BugFix:
- Fixed the issue of validation errors in certain situations causing inability to join the server
- Fixed the issue of full ammunition+1 when changing the X2Stingray magazine at 1/2
- Fixed the issue of Taser Officer/Hostges not triggering penalty in multiplayer
- Fixed the issue of missing C2 in Training
- Fixed some issues with incorrect weight of head protection
- Fixed the issue of C2 text displaying x5 while only having 3 in the game
