Half-Life: Absolute Zero is a fan-made modification that re-creates the original ideas and plans from the award-winning classic: Half-Life.
Absolute Zero is pretty alright for its 2 major releases so far. It has it's issues but has definite promise.
Pros:
~A beta mod that has gotten farther into the campaign than any other recreation.
~You get plenty of gameplay and cosmetic customization.
~The cut enemy AI is pretty good.
~Mr. Friendly.
Cons:
~The zombie knockback is stupid.
~Blast pit.
~random glitches with weapons breaking during change levels.
~softlocks everywhere.
Hope to see what the mod brings before the October deadline.
It has a lot of potential, keep up the good work
Gud mod
A true beta mod
Absolute Zero is a great beta mod. It's still active development, so bugs are expected. I absolutely love the beta content in this game, and this mod bringing it to life is like a DREAM to me. Hope to see a release someday!
Very good
this is so great, i will name my child "Absolute Zero" because of it
Nice mod
Great attempt to recreate lost alpha content, but the problem is it's heavily WIP (that's why I underrated the mod a bit). There are a lot of unfinished levels, and some chapters are not properly connected with each other, so you have to use cheats to play and explore released maps. Other than that, it's pretty solid recreation with some nice touches. I could give it 9/10, if maps at least were properly connected in one storyline + some polishing work.
Very remarkable, apart the many softlocks, i've really enjoyed my time with this mod!
