Great Tempest animations and damage calculations have been updated. The major Foehn superweapon will no longer be so easy to counter with the use of Maintenance. New animations created by Ppap.

What makes Great Tempest different or unique from the three superweapon powers? Like the Allies' Lighting Storm, which has a temporary radar jam while activating, the Soviets' Nuclear Strike has a radiation effect, and Epsilon's Domination has some mind-control effects.
Great Tempest deals area damage over time instead of doing a singular strike and slows downs ground and air units in its range by a bit, more properly so in the next version.

As was asked above about after-effects - maybe Tempest should put vehicles(if any survive) under moderate emp/disable? That would be a proper after-effect.
