The concept of this mod aims for maximum simplicity, allowing end-users to experience a demo-game version before September 2002. The edits were made based on Valve’s ideas, focusing on logic and map meaning.
Gaben canceled that year’s E3 show, and after the build was leaked by Axel Gembe, years of painstaking work by various authors resulted in a “gameplay” version of demo levels, including story maps.

I started working on this mod for myself, but it quickly grew from an early versions to a full-fledged 1.0 release in less than a year. What a journey!
I must say that working with the engine and editing tools can sometimes make even basic tasks quite challenging, and searching for workarounds can take forever. However, despite these difficulties, I managed to accomplish most of what I set out to do.
Unfortunately, I didn't see any more content to include in this mod. This release is more of a refining of the existing features than putting a lot of extra content. I'll keep an eye out for MegaPatch 5; perhaps there will be something interesting to include. While I admit that it may not be the most technically advanced mod, I did my best to optimize it.
Sometimes, the changes are minimal, and sometimes they not. But I hope you will like them. Thank you for your support, I really glad to make this happen.

If you want to play, you need to install it anyway so it's up to you. I can say, there's no virus.

Well RC5 is almost ready, there's a few things I left to do — a final render of all maps and changelog. And playtest it a little (a lot).
So what, a week? Two weeks? A month?
