Carnivores 2 is a first person hunting game. You can hunt 9 species of extinct dinosaurs such as the Velociraptor and Tyrannosaurus Rex. including 6 weapons and 5 huge hunting areas, Carnivores 2 is quite a big and entertaining game for hunters.

Im posting this here because it is an ice age mod and because ice age is not as popular as carnivores 2 i feel the mod does not get enough attention Moddb.com
Its a stunning piece of work and is the best looking carnivores mod ever. Please give it go im sure you will love it :)

Easily the most popular of the original PC Carnivores games and in many ways the best one. Carnivores 2 takes the great but very limited formula from carnivores 1 and expands it pretty well. The game engine has been improved so now we have much higher view distance when compared to the first game and you can adjust this to how you want it.
The games menus have been tweaked and the game has been adjusted so now we can unlock all the dinosaurs and also hunt them all if we want to. In the first carnivores you could only choose one weapon and one dinosaur and one perk and you were on your way. Carnivores 2 changes all of that takes away the limits from the first game. We can hunt all the dinosaurs while using all the weapons (there are now 6 weapons instead of only 3) and now there is reload animations for the weapons also and they are pretty nicely animated.
Carnivores 2 also adds blood trails where if you shoot a dinosaur it will bleed and you can follow the trail it leaves behind this was not featured in the first game. There is now sun glare from the sun and it looks nice on the weapons. There is also 9 dinosaurs instead of 7. A lot of the trees and objects within the maps have also been improved and they look better than the more simplistic stuff featured in the first game. And off course the best part about the game is just how much it can be modded. The game is very much alive and kicking today because of all of the great mods being made. No idea why mortal zones was taken out from the first game but that is really the only issue i have with the game.

So yeah Carnivores DH is going to turn 10 years old on June 12th, I doubt Tatem will even acknowledge this.
